Returns and refunds
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Due to the nature of our handcrafted herbal teas, body care products, and wellness items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products for health and safety reasons.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or if an incorrect product was received, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each situation individually and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
Please note that complimentary samples provided with purchases or promotional offers are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Shipping information
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method selected, and carrier service. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and free shipping is available on qualifying orders over $50 before taxes within Canada. Tracking information will be provided when available once an order has been shipped.
